Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How to track my shipment?
When the order shipped, clients will first receive an E-mail specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has shipped, another E-mail with the tracking link will be sent, to allow the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Which currency are the prices listed in?

What are the payment methods accepted?
PayPal: The most convenient payment method in the world.
We primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments.
Through PayPal, we accept Master, visa, American express, discover, and bank transfer (debit card).

Will l be charged customs and import charges?
All prices stated on our website exclude VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs fees. Any customs or import duties is charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.

Can l cancel my order or change my address?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses an automatic system that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a one-year limited Warranty for all ZorKryth™ hardware devices. The warranty starts from the day the package is signed up. After you receive it, please check if there is any quality problem.
